    The Freedom Bra

We know that it’s really hard to find good wireless bras in a wider size range. Which is why we’re more than doubling our size offering by the end of the year! Want us to let you know when your size is available? Request it here!

We only launched in June 2020, and so 32-38, D-G was our starting size range. The following sizes are on their way:

    28 Band: F-HH | 30 Band: E-HH | 32-36 Band: D-HH | 38 Band: D-H | 40 Band: D-GG

    The following sizes are currently available: 32DD, 32E, 32F, 32FF, 32G, 34D, 34DD, 34E, 34F, 34FF, 34G, 36D, 36DD, 36E, 36F, 36FF, 36G, 38D, 38DD, 38E, 38F & 38FF.

The Freedom Bra is made with a thin molded foam cup so that it gives good coverage (no nipples poking through!). It isn't padded in the traditional 'push-up' sense.

Yes, it really does (and if you don’t believe us, check out our reviews)!

We've been developing this bra with a variety of experts for over 2 years, using the latest technologies and materials to carefully design and craft each element to achieve our goal: A unique, non-wired bra that gives stunning shape and exceptional support, without compromising on style.

We truly believe that every woman should be comfortable in how they look, what they wear, and who they are. Wired bras just don't make women feel comfortable. We knew we had to develop an alternative.

This drives our mission, day in day out, which is why we invested thousands of hours of research, development, trials, testing, unwavering passion and steadfast perseverance in creating the freedom.bra.

Don't believe us? Try it for yourself! We’re so confident that you’ll love it that we proudly offer a no quibble returns policy.

Yes. Our bras fit true to size and we have very similar sizing to other leading UK underwear brands.

However, 80% of women are wearing the wrong bra size and we've found that our customers often choose a cup size that's too small. We'd recommend always choosing the larger cup size if you're unsure. You can also get fitted virtually through our Wear My Freedom X Brarista Partnership here

Sister sizing is a rough guide that helps you change band size without altering the fit of the cup. The rule is: If you go down in the band, go up in the cup. If you go up in the band, go down in the cup.

E.g. If you buy a 34E and you feel like the band is too big, but the cups feel good - we would recommend trying a 32F. That's one size down in the band, but one size up the cup. Exchanging for a 32E here may mean the cup feels too small.

With our freedom bra, a lot of the support comes from the underband. The underband should rest horizontally around your body, without riding up or digging in too much, and should be tight enough to allow only two fingers under the elastic. Start by wearing your bra on the loosest hook and eye, so that you can tighten the bra over the course of its lifetime.

If your underband doesn’t sit horizontally and instead curves up your back, a smaller back size should do the trick.

If you can’t slip a finger under your band or you feel it digging into your back, try a larger back size.

In a nutshell, your boobs should sit fully into the cups without any spillage. When you put your bra on, do the scoop and wiggle to get your boobs in the right place. If you are wearing the correct size, they should remain in place for the rest of the day and there shouldn’t be any bulging or wrinkling.

If you feel like you are overspilling in your cup, try a bigger cup size.

Conversely, if you feel like the fabric wrinkles or the cups are gaping, try a smaller cup size.

If you're unsure of what your bra size is - please just email us at hello@wearmyfreedom.comand one of our experienced fit team will help you!

We prefer not to give a measuring guide for our bras. The tape measure method is known to be unreliable, specifically when measuring yourself.

The best advice we can give you is to get yourself measured in person or virtually by sight regularly. If you'd like to email us - we can also providepersonalised fit advice.
