    UK Shipping

    We ship via Royal Mail 48 Tracked. Orders will be dispatched the same day if placed before 2 pm.  Orders placed after 2 pm will be dispatched the following day excluding weekends. Please allow 48 hours for your order to arrive. You will receive tracking information from Royal Mail once your order is dispatched.

    We offer free shipping on all orders.

    International Shipping

    We ship via UPS for all our international orders. See below for details:

    • £15.95 for North America (delivery in 1 – 3 days after dispatch)
    • £9.95 for Europe (delivery in 1 – 3 days after dispatch)
    • £15.95 all other countries (delivery in 1 – 3 days after dispatch)

    What is the status of my order?

    Please track your order through the tracking information provided by Royal Mail once your order is shipped. Contact us at hello@wearmyfreedom.com if you have any issues with this.

    Can I edit my order?

    I'd like to change my delivery address, can I?

    I've been sent a faulty/incorrect item.

    We are extremely sorry this has happened! Please contact us right away at hello@wearmyfreedom.com so we can exchange or refund your purchase. Returns postage is always free.

    Do I need to pay customs or import duties?

    If you’re purchasing in the UK, you don’t need to pay any of these duties. Your order amount will be the final price.

    If you are buying our products from outside the UK, your parcel may be subject to import duties, customs duties or taxes when it reaches your destination country. These are not included in the cost of your purchase from our website and must be paid by the parcel recipient.

    Remember to keep your proof of postage in case you need to contact us! For international returns, please ensure the package is sent on a tracked service or make sure you keep your ‘proof of postage’.

    How do I use my promo code?

    Just before you checkout, there will be the opportunity to add your promotional code into a box.

    Are my payment details safe shopping online?

    Payments through our website are processed by Stripe or Paypal and we do not hold any of your card details so you can be sure you are just as safe shopping with us as you are in a high street store.
