We offer free UK returns within 14 days. If the item is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, we’ll offer a full refund and a free returns shipping label.
Please note gift cards and pants are non-returnable.
International Returns: If you are returning from anywhere else, please arrange your own returns postage. We will process your return as normal once we receive it.
Your refund
Once we've received back your item, we will notify you by email confirming whether or not it meets the necessary conditions to qualify for a refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Refunds take up to 7 business days to arrive in your account, please wait the full 7 business days after receiving your refund notification email to get in touch.
Exchanges
We offer free UK exchanges within 14 days of purchase. You can request your exchange here at our Returns Hub. Or feel free to drop us an email at hello@wearmyfreedom.com. Once we've received your return, we will send you your requested exchange. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
International exchanges: If you are outside the UK and would like to exchange, please return your items for a refund and re-order your requested items on our site. Postage will be required on your return items.
